Job Description
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and ERP system enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for ERP solutions.
- Configure, test, and implement ERP systems to meet business needs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective use of ERP systems.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain documentation for ERP configurations, processes, and updates.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to integrate ERP systems with other tools and platforms.
