Job Description

• Assist senior PMs in planning, scheduling, and executing projects for transmission lines and substations (115kV-500kV).
• Help track project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, field crews, contractors, and vendors to support timely project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, including work orders, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in risk identification and resolution, escalating issues as needed.
• Support contractor management, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to standard.
• Participate in design reviews and constructability assessments, providing input from a project execution perspective.
• Monitor and report on project progress, schedules, and resource utilization.
• Support project closeout activities, including lessons learned and documentation handoffs.
• Develop professional skills under mentorship, gaining exposure to large-scale T&D project management.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years experience in transmission, substation, or other utility infrastructure projects preferred.
• Basic experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
• Knowledge of transmission/substation engineering standards a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP or EIT certification is a plus, but not required.
