Job Description
- Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to maintain efficient workflows.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
- Provide daily progress updates and address any issues or delays promptly.
- Support the Superintendent in maintaining project schedules and timelines.
- Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and efficient project environment.
- Assist in managing project documentation, including permits, reports, and change orders.
