Job Description
The Assistant Project Manager (CSA) will support the Project Manager throughout the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale data center project with a primary focus on structural scopes including concrete, foundations, precast, and roofing.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, responsibilities include:
- Assist with day-to-day project coordination and administrative activities
- Support project scheduling, budgeting, and cost tracking efforts
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
- Assist with subcontractor buyout, procurement, and contract administration
- Coordinate with field teams, trade partners, engineers, and stakeholders
- Track materials, deliveries, and project logistics
- Support project closeout activities including punch lists, warranties, as-builts, and turnover documentation
- Maintain organized project records and proactively communicate potential schedule or budget impacts

The Successful Applicant
For the Assistant Project Manager (CSA), we are seeking:
- 2 years of construction experience in a Project Engineer or Assistant Project Manager capacity
- Experience supporting commercial, industrial, mission-critical, concrete, precast, structural, or large-scale construction projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to project delivery
- Data center experience is a plus but not required
- Stable work history with a long-term career mindset
