Job Description
- Support project execution on ground‑up multifamily builds
- Assist with scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and cost tracking
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors
- Support closeout documentation and reporting requirements

- 1-5 years of construction experience
- Multifamily background strongly preferred

- Salary up to $115,000 plus 10% annual bonus
- Monthly allowances: $500 car, $50 phone, $45 health stipend
