We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in the delivery of High-End Construction Projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management or a related field, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.

We are a developer and GC that has been around over 8 years and continuing to grow. This year we will do North of $150M in revenue and are focused on growing our team.
Description
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing all phases of the construction project life cycle, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and budget, providing regular updates and reports to the Project Manager.
- Help in maintaining project schedules, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Address any project-related issues that arise and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
- Support the Project Manager in client communications and meetings, ensuring that all client expectations are met.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management or related roles in high-end construction projects.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and construction processes.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to candidates Relocating to South Florida area.
