Job Description
- Supporting Project Managers with day‑to‑day project execution and administration
- Assisting with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost tracking
- Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules
- Utilising Procore to manage project information and documentation
- Assisting with procurement, buy‑out, and subcontractor coordination
- Participating in project meetings and supporting communication across stakeholders
- Gaining exposure to water and wastewater treatment projects, municipal, and industrial work
The Successful Applicant
- 1-4 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project management
- Backgrounds from heavy civil, utilities, infrastructure, or general construction are welcomed
- No prior water or wastewater experience required, but strong interest in the space is essential
- Familiarity with Procore or similar construction management software preferred
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to work fully on‑site and commute to the Torrington, CT office
- Competitive base salary ranging from $60,000-$115,000, depending on experience
