Description
The Assistant Project Manager will support the successful delivery of a hyperscale data center tenant fit‑out while helping establish the foundation for a new business unit.
- Assist in leading the tenant fit‑out phase of a 200,000 sq. ft. hyperscale data center project
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and ownership group
- Help develop processes, standards, and best practices for the data center division
- Track budgets, schedules, and project documentation to ensure successful delivery
- Contribute strategic input as the data center division grows and scales
- Grow into increasing responsibility as additional data center projects are secured
Profile
- Experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role in construction
- Experience in data center, mission‑critical, or technically complex projects (required)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a low‑bureaucracy environment
- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills

Job Offer
- Base Salary: $90,000 - $105,000
- Monthly allowance of $750
