Job Description

The APM/Junior Project Manager - Multifamily - Fredericksburg, VA will:

• Support the full project lifecycle for a 350‑unit ground‑up multifamily development
• Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, schedules, and budget tracking
• Collaborate daily with site leadership, subcontractors, and design partners
• Ensure work aligns with safety protocols, quality standards, and project milestones
• Assist with coordination, inspections, and on‑site issue resolution
• Contribute to progress reporting, cost updates, and subcontractor management
• Maintain consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

The APM/Junior Project Manager - Multifamily - Fredericksburg, VA will have:

• 4-7 years of construction project experience
• Ground‑up wood‑frame multifamily preferred; hotel or commercial experience also accepted
• Ability to work 100% on-site in Fredericksburg, VA
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Experience with construction management software and documentation workflows
