Job Description
The APM/Junior Project Manager - Multifamily - Fredericksburg, VA will:
- Support the full project lifecycle for a 350‑unit ground‑up multifamily development
- Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, schedules, and budget tracking
- Collaborate daily with site leadership, subcontractors, and design partners
- Ensure work aligns with safety protocols, quality standards, and project milestones
- Assist with coordination, inspections, and on‑site issue resolution
- Contribute to progress reporting, cost updates, and subcontractor management
- Maintain consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
The APM/Junior Project Manager - Multifamily - Fredericksburg, VA will have:
- 4-7 years of construction project experience
- Ground‑up wood‑frame multifamily preferred; hotel or commercial experience also accepted
- Ability to work 100% on-site in Fredericksburg, VA
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience with construction management software and documentation workflows
