Job Description
- Manage and maintain servers, networks, and systems to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure.
- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades as needed.
- Provide technical support to internal teams and troubleshoot system-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the technology team to design and implement new IT solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Support disaster recovery planning and execution to minimize downtime.
