Allstate Insurance (Michael Lee Financial Inc) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Specialist who is fluent in both English and Korean. This role is responsible for providing excellent service to our clients by assisting with policy servicing, billing inquiries, claims support, and retention efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and text communication
- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, and coverage questions
- Support customers through claims processes and follow up as needed
- Handle renewal reviews and identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling
- Contact customers regarding non-pay cancellations and assist with reinstatements
- Process endorsements, certificates (COI), and general service requests accurately
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records in agency systems
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Support retention efforts by proactively addressing customer concerns
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Korean (required)
- Previous customer service experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
- P&C Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire)
