Role Description The Sales Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Buford, GA, responsible for supporting the store leadership team in driving sales and delivering a luxury customer experience. This role oversees daily floor operations, including opening and closing procedures, coordinating staff coverage, and ensuring visual and operational standards are consistently met. The Sales Supervisor coaches and motivates sales associates, provides on-the-floor training, and models effective selling techniques to achieve individual and store performance goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging customers, resolving service issues, managing client relationships, and supporting inventory and merchandising initiatives. The role also partners with management to analyze sales trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that build customer loyalty and strengthen overall store performance.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and deliver an elevated, luxury in-store experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management and Training skills to coach, mentor, and develop sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales reports, monitor key performance indicators, and support data-informed decision-making.
- Prior experience in retail sales or luxury fashion is highly beneficial, including familiarity with POS systems and basic merchandising practices.
- Proven ability to work on-site, stand for extended periods, and support flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
