Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to join our team at the Michael Kors store located in Brea, CA. As the Sales Supervisor, you will oversee the sales team, drive customer engagement, and ensure the delivery of an exceptional in-store experience. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, assisting with visual merchandising, training and coaching team members, analyzing sales trends, and ensuring outstanding customer service. You will collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
