YOUR ROLE:
As our Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing top-notch service across a variety of channels: on-site, via phone, email, and text. Whether you're helping a customer schedule a service appointment or resolving an issue, your ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English will be key to providing an outstanding experience. You'll work closely with our sales and service teams to ensure that each customer interaction is smooth and enjoyable, helping build relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll also work every other Saturday, but don't worry-you'll get a weekday off to ensure your work-life balance stays intact!
