Position Overview
The Hospitality Concierge is the face of our practice and the in-office extension of our concierge experience. This role is centered on creating a warm, seamless, and refined patient journey—from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate is polished, attentive, and naturally hospitality-driven, with a passion for delivering an elevated level of service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every patient warmly and by name, creating an immediate sense of comfort and trust
- Provide a seamless check-in and check-out experience with attention to detail
- Maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Anticipate patient needs and offer thoughtful touches (beverages, comfort items, etc.)
- Coordinate with clinical and phone concierge teams to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle patient concerns or questions with empathy and discretion
- Ensure the reception area reflects the practice’s high standards at all times
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in hospitality or luxury service environments preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask while maintaining a calm and polished presence
- Comfortable discussing financials and guiding patients through next steps
