Practice Details

• Daily Schedule: Full Time (Monday - Friday 7:30a -4:30p)
• Operatories: 5 fully functioning operatories with state of the art technology including Digital X-rays, Digital Pano and an Intra-oral camera.

Compensation Structure:

• Guaranteed Income While You Build: Starting a new practice or joining a growing patient base shouldn’t mean taking a financial risk. We provide a $1,000–$1,200 daily guarantee, based on experience, during your initial onboarding and credentialing period. This gives you the financial stability you need while you get established and build your patient base.
• Unlimited Earning Potential: Once your practice is established, your income isn’t capped by a fixed daily rate. You have the opportunity to earn 32–35% of your personal collections, putting your earning potential directly in your hands. The more you grow your practice, the more you can earn.
• Your Growth. Your Goals. Your Income. We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all compensation model. Each year, we partner with you to establish an earning tier aligned with your experience, production, and goals—creating a clear path to increase your income as your practice grows.

The bottom line: You get the security of a guaranteed income while you ramp up, combined with the opportunity to build a thriving patient base and maximize your earning potential long-term.
