- Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction while meeting company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and policy documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance laws, including HIPAA compliance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage in serving our clientele.
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and benefits administration is desirable.
