Michael Dunn Center is seeking compassionate RNs to join our team, providing exceptional care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We have opportunities available in Kingston, Rockwood, and Harriman.
We are offering a sign-on bonus of $3,000 for full-time RN positions. The bonus will be paid in bi-weekly installments of $250. To qualify for this bonus, you must work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments.
- Monitor and document residents' health.
- Develop and implement care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team.
- Maintain medical records and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in Tennessee.
- Healthcare experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team player with a compassionate approach.
Shifts:
- FT, PT, and PRN are available.
- Currently hiring for all shifts.
