Part-Time Weekend Leasing Agent
We are looking for an experienced, professional, enthusiastic, responsible, motivated, and detail orientated part-time Leasing Agent to join our team at Blackberry Pointe Apartments in Inver Grove Heights, MN. This will be a part-time position, Saturday & Sunday hours.
Leasing Agent Responsibilities:
- Number 1 priority: LEASING APARTMENTS AND FOLLOW-UP
- Customer service with prospective and current residents
- Maintain market survey & awareness of market trends and conditions
- Accurate completion of all lease applications, including performing credit and background verification
- General administrative duties: filing, copying, faxing, as needed
Leasing Agent Qualifications:
- Must be available to work every weekend with no exceptions
- A minimum of 1-2 years leasing experience
- Exceptional closing skills, evidenced by previous leasing or sales performance.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Great organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task
Leasing Agent Hours:
Saturday 9-5 & Sunday 12-4
Hourly wage: $18.00 to $22.00/hr. plus commissions
