Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Beginning of Day (BOD) procedures accurately and efficiently
- Handle various service-related tasks to support our team and clients
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally, providing assistance or directing calls as needed (not primary responsibility)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
- Maintain knowledge of State Farm service protocols and processes
Qualifications:
- Prior State Farm service experience is REQUIRED
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting OR in-office
- Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented
- Active Property & Casualty license
