Position Overview
The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. This individual will be responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payroll, maintaining financial records, and supporting general clerical and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payment processing, and vendor relations
· Answer customer and vendor phone calls and route them as needed
· Process payroll accurately and on schedule
· Maintain and organize financial and administrative records
· Reconcile bank statements and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
· Handle general office duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
· Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services
· Assist with budgeting and financial reporting as needed
· Support leadership with administrative tasks and special projects
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in office management, bookkeeping, or a similar role
· Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable and payroll processes
· Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a small office environment
· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
· High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
