Since opening the agency in 2018, we've built a young, energetic team that is passionate about helping customers while continuing to grow and improve every day. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Team Member in Georgia, where I learned the business and developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Originally from Macon, Georgia, I later made the move to the Birmingham area. I have two children and played college baseball, which helped shape my competitive nature and taught me the value of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Our office is fast-paced, upbeat, and driven by a desire to be among the best. We set high goals, push each other to improve, and celebrate our successes together. While we work hard, we also believe in creating opportunities for our team members to enjoy the rewards that come with their efforts.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michael Bridges - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
