Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm Team Member in Georgia, where I learned the business and developed a passion for helping people protect what matters most.
Originally from Macon, Georgia, I later made the move to the Birmingham area. I have two children and played college baseball, which helped shape my competitive nature and taught me the value of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
