We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy office environment. This vital role involves client interface, document organization and general office support tasks to keep our office running smoothly.

As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our office operations, supporting team members and maintaining a professional atmosphere that promotes productivity and positive engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients, handling inquiries, answering and directing calls with professionalism and a welcoming manner.
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars.
- Manage client document collection, client communications, client files and office records. Coordinate the delivery and presentation completed tax returns to clients.
- Provide administrative support to professional staff through clerical duties such as mailing, faxing, and electronic services, and stocking office supplies to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to track expenses and manage invoices when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy while performing all duties.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Present a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), (Outlook, Calendar), and basic computer literacy. Knowledge of AI technology a plus.
- Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and document management.
- Knowledge of office management best practices combined with strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Customer service orientation with a friendly demeanor and previous experience.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks; basic understanding of financial recordkeeping is a plus.
