We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. Required Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). A Technical certification or Associate's degree in a related field IT Networking is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or in a similar technical role.
- Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work in various environmental conditions.
- Other: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
- Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, or electronic components.
- Install and commission new equipment at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Travel to various customer locations within the designated service area.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Document all service activities, including detailed notes on repairs, maintenance, and parts used, using our service management software.
- Maintain accurate inventory of parts and tools in the service vehicle.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the internal support team to resolve complex issues.
