Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Associate at Michael & Son Services, you'll be at the heart of our operations, helping ensure our warehouse is clean, organized, and efficient. Your responsibilities may include:
- Receiving, organizing, and stocking parts, materials, and equipment
- Preparing parts and materials for technicians in the field
- Delivering parts and supplies to technicians using company vehicles
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment
- Maintaining accurate inventory
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
- Assisting with other warehouse and material-handling tasks as needed
Requirements For The Warehouse Associate
To excel as a Full-Time Warehouse Associate at Michael & Son Services, you'll need:
- A valid driver's license
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent
- A good command of English
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
