Job Description:
Micas Networks is seeking a highly organized Ecosystem Events & Field Marketing Specialist (Contractor) to support event execution and ecosystem marketing activities that drive visibility and customer engagement.
This role will play a part in coordinating industry conferences, partner events, roadshows, webinars, customer workshops, and ecosystem GTM activities across OEM, SI, channel, and technology partners. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and has experience coordinating event logistics and field marketing execution.
This position will work closely with Business Development and partners to maximize Micas' presence at strategic industry events and ensure successful execution of field marketing initiatives.
This is a 12-month contractor position reporting to the Business Development leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage event logistics including booth planning, timelines, vendors, agencies, registrations, travel coordination, promotional materials, shipping, and onsite support.
Track project schedules, deliverables, budgets, and post-event follow-up activities to ensure successful execution and measurable business impact.
Coordinate webinars, workshops, customer meetings, ecosystem campaigns, and partner GTM activities supporting AI infrastructure and networking solutions.
Coordinate with Salesforce and GTM operations teams to ensure proper lead capture, campaign attribution, follow-up workflows, and pipeline visibility.
Help track event ROI, customer engagement metrics, and ecosystem marketing effectiveness.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, partners, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of event materials, promotional assets, and campaign activities.
Assist with executive presentations, customer engagements, and strategic partner meetings supporting Micas' ecosystem growth initiatives.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with 3–7 years of experience in event marketing, field marketing, partner marketing, or ecosystem marketing within the technology industry.
Experience coordinating industry conferences, partner events, webinars, and field marketing initiatives is highly preferred. Familiarity with AI infrastructure, networking, cloud, semiconductor, or data center ecosystems is a plus.
Experience working with external agencies, vendors, ecosystem partners, and cross-functional teams is highly desirable.
