What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Collaborate with a dedicated teaching team to create a warm, enriching, and supportive environment.
• Support extended day classes and operations from 3:30-5:30 M-F
• Manage extended-care activities and daily operations to ensure a safe and nurturing experience for every child.
  
  
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• Educators, curriculum developers, and those with after-school programming experience.
• Individuals with strong organizational and communication skills.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old.
• At least six months of experience at a licensed early childhood education center (preferred).
• Must pass a background check.
• Must complete CPR and First Aid training within 90 days (if not certified).

Micah Children’s Academy, located on a beautiful and expansive property, serves children ages six weeks through Pre-K in a Jewish values-based, Reggio Emilia-inspired environment. Our vision is to provide age-appropriate, play-based learning that integrates the best of early childhood education theories and research-based practices.
