- Provide 2nd Level Support, analyze issues, and deliver long‑term solutions
- Analyze and debug source code (Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL) and implement small enhancements
- Communicate technical, legal, and software updates to key users
- Manage change requests and test, install, and document software releases
- Collaborate with stakeholders, escalate complex cases, and use AI tools to increase productivity
- Degree in Business Information Systems or Computer Science, ideally 3 years of proven work experience (software support or similar)
- Good knowledge in JAVA, SQL and relational DB (ideally: Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Service orientation and good communication skills
- Proficient English (spoken & written)
- A plus: Customs knowledge
