Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary in the range of $100,000 – $130,000, depending on experience and qualifications

What you can expect
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Shared Services Center in McConnelsville, delivering Finance and IT services across the organization
- Act as a strategic business partner to US and MPTM sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery and alignment
- Support and collaborate with Senior Accounting, Transactional Accounting, Treasury, and Controlling teams
- Cooperate closely with IT Team Leader
- Partner closely with the Finance organization in Austria, ensuring alignment with global standards and processes
- Serve as a key contact for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Liaise with tax advisors, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation of finance processes
- Develop, mentor, and empower team members, fostering a high-performance culture, continuous learning, and professional growth
What makes you special
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Solid understanding of tax principles and regulations
- Proven experience leading process improvement, automation, and innovation initiatives
- Experience working in a multinational environment, ideally with a European parent company
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Demonstrated leadership experience with strong decision-making capabilities
- Proficiency with finance systems and tools (e.g., SAP)
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
- High level of initiative, ownership, and assertiveness
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on driving continuous improvement
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
