Production Worker (Sign On Bonus)

Pay:
 $23-$27 an hour
 $1000 1st shift sign on bonus.
 $4000 3rd shift sign on bonus.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
This is a foundry type position.

SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
PRIMARY DUTIES
 Monitor machines to ensure all settings are correct and report any deviations.
 Keep all paperwork updated with accurate information.
 Complete any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
 Look for ways to improve productivity, quality, safety, and ergonomics.
 Follow preventative maintenance steps and report any equipment problems right away.

EHS REQUIREMENTS:
 Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the Company’s goals.
 Lifting guidelines in accordance with the Manual Lifting Guidelines noted in the Safety Handbook.
 Follow all environmental requirements consistently with supporting the company’s environmental performance
goals.
 Complete, and actively participate in all other EHS training requirements

POSITION & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
 Hot working conditions – foundry environment – workspace is not temperature controlled – very warm in summer and comfortable in the winter
 Interested candidates must be:
• at least 18 years of age
• able to read, write, speak and understand English at a high school level.
• able to lift at least 35 pounds, unassisted
• able to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items, manual dexterity, and coordination to operate equipment
• dependable and reliable to handle equipment safely with a minimum amount of supervision.
• Adhere to unique PPE requirements
