What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser position at Mias Italian Kitchen VA?
Position Description:
The busser position is critical to the success of the company and plays an integral role in executing an extraordinary guest experience.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Sets, maintains, and clears tables promptly and efficiently.
- Restocks service stations, polishes and restocks flatware and plateware.
- Delivers dishes to guests promptly and efficiently using their proper name upon delivery.
- Assist with the expedition of food when a chef or manager is not in the window.
- Assist in building and maintaining a team-oriented workplace by bringing a positive, consistent work ethic and participation level to each shift.
