What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Service Representative position at Miami Veterinary Specialists?
Miami Veterinary Specialists is a state of the art veterinary referral practice and 24/7 emergency care with multiple board certified specialists on site. We practice high quality, cutting edge veterinary medicine.
We are looking for an experienced Client Service Representative with a minimum of two years of experience. Full and Part time positions are available.
Responsibilities but are not limited to
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Checking In & Out clients
- Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, scanning and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
Qualifications
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and clients
- Handle a heavy load of incoming calls and routing them correctly
- Must be organized, detail oriented and multi task effectively
- Able to display a professional attitude and proactive work style in a team environment
- Must be flexible with schedule and available to work holidays, week days, nights, and weekends
- Able to maintain a positive attitude during stressful situations
