Primary Responsibilities
• Lead by example and promote a strong safety culture.
• Supervise production employees and ensure customer schedules are met.
• Coach, train, and develop employees using company training procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate manpower and assist with production scheduling.
• Work closely with Maintenance, Shipping, Sales, and Management.
• Complete reports, investigations, and other supervisory documentation.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment.
Minimum Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum five years of manufacturing experience.
• Thorough knowledge of plant operations and steel processing.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good attendance and positive disciplinary record.
