We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in a single commercial setting. As a Cleaning Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' environments are clean, safe, and welcoming.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Conduct thorough dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing of surfaces.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and client satisfaction.
Experience
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A commitment to providing high-quality service and maintaining client confidentiality.
Position is Tues & Thur after 6 pm and Sat after 3 pm.
