Cleaning Technician ~ West Chester, OH ~ Mon - Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Job Description:

We’re looking for (1) reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to join our professional commercial cleaning team! If you take pride in your work, enjoy working independently, and want a consistent full-time schedule that fits your life, this could be a great opportunity.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (40 hours per week) begins 7/27/26

What You’ll Do:

• Perform high-quality commercial cleaning according to our established procedures and checklists
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize surfaces including restrooms, empty trash, and handle other standard cleaning tasks
• Maintain clean, professional results in a large manufacturing space
• Represent our company with pride while working independently

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Highly reliable with a strong attendance record (we inspect our properties and take attendance seriously)
• Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures consistently
• Comfortable and confident working independently
• Positive attitude and pride in delivering excellent results
