In this role, you will be responsible for the overall operation and development of Premier Health's Miami Valley Hospital South Campus.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to management and staff through coaching, development, and mentoring.
- Ensure efficient processes and high-quality outcomes for internal and external customers.
- Achieve a seamless delivery of service through collaboration and leadership.
- Translate strategic objectives into operational goals and work to achieve these goals.
- Understand and direct compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Drive innovation and change management within your sphere of influence.
- Advocate for the department, hospital, and patients and provide opportunities and role modeling for the growth and development of personnel.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with vendors, public agencies, and community leaders and organizations.
- Promote networking and collaboration to remove barriers for facilities to operate effectively and efficiently.
- Demonstrate human resource management and leadership skills as a retention and recruitment leader for your areas of responsibility.
- Bachelor's degree in a business, administrative, or healthcare-related field required (will consider experience in lieu of advanced education).
- 7-10 years of job-related experience, including 5 years of managerial experience.
- Relevant healthcare operations knowledge and experience, preferably in administration.
- Ability to engage community constituents and physicians and develop relationships.
- Demonstrated success in moving an organization toward an important organizational goal.
