QSR Attendant - Part Time

POSITION TITLE – QSR Attendant

FUNCTION

The QSR Attendant will ensure consistent quality products, responsible for the preparation and sale of all food items per menu standards. 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for preparing and selling all food items on the menu and handling all cash transactions.
• Responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of all foodservice equipment used to prepare and serve the menu items. 
• Must be able to operate all equipment in the stand.
• Responsible for opening and closing inventories.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Standing 8-10 Hrs
• Other duties assigned

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

• Knowledge of concession stand operations.
• Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel. 
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.  One year concession or office work experience is preferred.
• Valid Gaming license.
