Day to day as a Utility Assistance Manager

As a new Utility Assistance Manager, your daily expectations will involve overseeing the utility assistance program, ensuring efficient operations while adhering to organizational standards. You will assess and process applications for utility support, working closely with clients to determine their needs and eligibility. Regularly, you will engage in outreach efforts to promote the program, collaborating with local agencies and community organizations. You can expect your schedule to be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Daily responsibilities will include managing a team of support staff, preparing reports, and tracking program success metrics.
