$30.00–$45.00 per hour after training
Paid training period: approximately 3 months
Miami Sound Rental is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead live event crews and help deliver exceptional event experiences across South Florida.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, leading teams, solving problems under pressure, and being a key part of making events happen successfully. You’ll oversee crews, manage event execution, communicate with clients onsite, and represent Miami Sound Rental at a high level.
We are looking for someone dependable, sharp, professional, and ready to grow with a fast-moving company.
This is a full-time employee position. We are not hiring freelancers or subcontractors for this role.

What You’ll Do
- Lead assigned event productions from load-out through completion
- Supervise, direct, and support event crews onsite
- Serve as the main onsite point of contact for clients
- Keep productions organized, on schedule, and professionally executed
- Solve problems quickly and calmly in real time
- Help maintain accountability for equipment, vehicles, and crew performance
- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management
- Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and customer service
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Previous leadership, supervisor, or team management experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and lead in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation/commute within South Florida
- Ability to lift at least 85 lbs
- English fluency
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred:
- Experience in live events, AV, event production, staging, hospitality, or related field
- Experience leading crews or coordinating field operations
- Customer-facing experience
