What are the responsibilities and job description for the Aftercare Worker position at Miami Shores Presbyterian Church School?
Miami Shores Presbyterian Church School provides an after care program to our students. Our program runs from 3:00 - 6:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Aftercare will be at the Preschool or Elementary. We have availability in both schools.
We already have themes for the year outlined to make it an exciting time for our students.
This is a wonderful job for college students who are going to be going into education or for someone who is retired and is looking for a few hours a day, or just someone who wold like a few hours of work a day.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Be enthusiastic, energetic and a positive attitude
- First Aid
- Great behavior management
- Loves to be around school aged children
- Organized and able to teach student routines
Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Head of School or Director, the Aftercare Employee will plan and provide appropriate learning and after school experiences for students.
Essential Job Skills:
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following duties, and others not listed:
