Our technicians write their own findings and estimates for our Service Advisors, allowing the technician to focus on proper testing, documentation and repair while our front-office team handles the customer.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for an experienced technician who is comfortable diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles.

You should be able to:

• Diagnose drivability, electrical and mechanical concerns
• Properly use professional scan tools and diagnostic equipment
• Read and understand wiring diagrams
• Follow manufacturer diagnostic procedures and pinpoint tests
• Diagnose problems rather than guess or replace unnecessary parts
• Perform maintenance and repairs accurately and efficiently
• Complete thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections with photos, videos and documentation
• Clearly document diagnostic findings and recommended repairs
• Inspect your work before returning the vehicle
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently without sacrificing quality
• Communicate professionally with Service Advisors and other technicians
• Work as part of a team and help when needed

Qualifications

• 5 years professional automotive repair experience preferred
• Strong diagnostic experience
• Electrical diagnostic ability
• Valid driver's license
• Professional automotive tools appropriate for your experience level
• ASE certifications preferred
• ASE Master Technician certification is a plus
• Ability to communicate in English
• Ability to work Monday through Friday at our Miami facility

Compensation

$30–$55 per flat-rate hour, depending on experience, certifications, diagnostic ability, productivity and overall skill level.

We believe skilled technicians should be compensated well, but we're equally interested in finding someone who wants stability, a professional work environment and a long-term home.
