Sales Representative

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our inside dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, with a focus on building relationships and driving business growth. This role involves engaging with clients, analyzing market trends, and effectively managing accounts to meet customer needs. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

Duties

• Check e-mails regularly and assist to all customer’s quote request in a timely manner. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective communication and follow-up.
• Attend to walk in customers and any incoming calls.
• Process any new orders, product returns, warranties etc.
• Visit potential customers and generate leads occasionally.
• Engage in technical sales discussions to provide clients with detailed product knowledge and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Engage in business development reaching out to Hotels, Engineers and Building Management companies local and in the Caribbean to expand our customer data base and sales.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
• Follow up with previous month quotes and make contact with customers again and try to learn the areas or prices that you could improved to gain the order.
• Overall being understanding, accepting challenges and being a team player to support one another and ensure you are giving 100% to the success of the company and your personal growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably at least three years.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver’s license is required for travel within the assigned territory.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
