What You’ll Do
As a Pump Systems Service Technician, you’ll inspect, maintain, and repair lift stations, booster systems, HVAC pumps, and related equipment to ensure reliable operation for our clients.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Diagnosing and repairing pumps, motors, valves, and control systems
- Performing preventive maintenance and responding to service calls
- Troubleshooting electrical panels, floats, and alarms
- Replacing worn or damaged components and clearing blockages
- Working in both indoor and outdoor environments, sometimes in confined spaces
- Maintaining detailed service and maintenance records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience with pumps, motors, and control systems
- Lift station experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation
