Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Valet position, located in Miami Beach, FL. The Valet will be responsible for greeting guests in a friendly, professional manner, assisting with parking and retrieving vehicles, and ensuring their safety and security. Day-to-day tasks will also include maintaining the valet area, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns. The Valet will collaborate with the team to create an efficient and welcoming experience for all clients.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive, welcoming experience.
- Proficiency in Valet Parking operations, including safe vehicle handling and parking techniques.
- Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other staff.
- Basic Administration capabilities to manage keys and parking tickets efficiently.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and safely operate a variety of vehicles.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
