Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Miami, FL, for a Bartender position. The Bartender will be responsible for accurately preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and engaging with customers to deliver an enjoyable and welcoming experience. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper stock levels, adhering to safety and sanitation standards, and managing cash transactions efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills to create positive guest experiences and interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Experience in bartending and food & beverage preparation to craft high-quality drinks and provide knowledgeable suggestions to customers.
- Proficiency in handling cash and processing transactions, ensuring accuracy in balancing the cash register and managing payments.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and multitask during busy shifts.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in all areas of the bar.
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry and a valid bartender certification (if applicable) are considered a plus.
