This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing building systems and equipment to ensure a safe, functional, and high-quality environment for players, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot equipment and building systems, including HVAC and refrigeration components
- Conduct preventative maintenance on kitchen, mechanical room, and facility equipment
- Complete building rounds and scheduled maintenance tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repair needs in a safe and timely manner
- Perform general building repairs including minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and finish work
- Replace lighting, filters, and other facility components as needed
- Identify and operate building shut-off valves and utility controls
- Maintain maintenance inventory and request parts and supplies as needed
- Document work performed and communicate updates across shifts
- Follow all safety procedures and building protocols
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Vocational or technical training preferred
- Experience in general facilities maintenance within a commercial, industrial, or large venue setting preferred
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and assist with heavier loads
- Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
