Miami Beach * $15/hr Bonuses * Part-Time (10 hrs/week)
We are a yoga studio with locations in Wynwood/Overtown and in South BEachseeking an experienced, people-centered Membership Growth Specialist. Your primary goal: bring in 50 new members by the end of January, with the role continuing afterward for steady growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach through socials, messaging, networking, and community engagement
- Generate leads and convert them into paying members
- Explain membership options clearly to prospective students
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
- Coordinate member onboarding with studio staff
- Lay the groundwork for future retention referral programs
Requirements
- 2 years of sales, outreach, membership recruitment, or fitness sales experience
- High follow-through, organized, and confident
- Excellent people skills and communication
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Strong closer with experience getting people to take action
- Must be comfortable as a 1099 contractor
Compensation
- $15/hour for 10 hours per week
- $50 bonus for every new regular membership
- $75 bonus for every new membership that includes Mysore
- Ongoing role with additional responsibilities and earning potential
- Hitting the January goal could earn $2,500–$3,750 in bonuses alone
- Typical monthly earnings: $1,100–$2,200 depending on conversions
