What are the responsibilities and job description for the Miami Workers Compensation Attorney position at Miami Law Firm?
We are seeking an attorney to handle workers compensation claims in litigation. We are willing to train a recent graduate. However, we will also consider an attorney with experience. Salary will be based on experience. You must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. You will learn to handle all aspects of litigation including the initial petition to a final hearing. You will have daily interactions with clients in Spanish. Accordingly, you must be fluent in Spanish. You will not be required to work on the weekends. There is the opportunity for advancement and handle your own files for the correct candidate. The starting salary is 100k for a recent graduate. After the first year salary will be increased to 125k.
