What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an automotive service technician at a dealership or large facility
- A or B level diagnostic and repair capability across drivetrain, electrical, suspension, brakes, and HVAC systems
- Valid Virginia driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- Virginia state inspection license (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment with low comebacks
- Strong communication with service advisors and team members
- ASE certification (one or more)
- Experience with Hyundai, Nissan, Subaru, or Volkswagen vehicles
- Manufacturer-specific certifications
- Prior experience using dealer management systems (CDK, Reynolds)
